He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Hopkins Zayicek; his stepsons, Sam Montgomery and Matthew Montgomery (Maria); his brother Jim Zayicek of Glenville, NY; his children, Caitlyn Mason (Ash) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Phillip David Firrantello of Boynton Beach, FL; the mother of his children Iris L. Zayicek; his grandchildren, Jade, Myles Mason, Maya Bahr and Amelia Montgomery; his parents-in-law, Robert Hopkins of Statesville, Linda Hopkins of Statesville and Joan Hopkins of Statesville; and his brother-in-law Mark Hopkins (Alexandria). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
