She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Motley and Agnes Hall Motley; and her husband Herbert Eugene Polston. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Polston (Patty) and Debbie Polston Baucom; her sister Brenda Smith; and her granddaughter Amanda Biggers.
