She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Miles and Grace Bucannon Miles; her husband Charles Lewis Detter; her brothers, Melvin Miles, Clyde Miles and Ronnie Miles; and her great grandchildren, Aven Dean Stone, Amy Lean Martin and Lewis Christopher Detter, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David Martin (Rebecca), Pamela Darlene Barrette (George), Kenneth Martin (Megan), Jeffery Martin and Lewis Christopher Detter, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Miles, Doris Maltva, Patricia Clewis (Elbert), Gennee Owens and Carroll Sue Crane (Eric). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
