She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrnett Wesley Trotter and Ethel Purdue Trotter; her husband Montie David Sox; and her son David Sox. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Sox and Daniel Sox (Brenda); and her sister Eunice Hendrix. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
