He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie James Baker and Lois Henrietta Holden Baker; and his siblings, Grady, James, Frank Baker and Shelby McKay.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat Johnson Baker; his children, Charlie Baker (Tammie) and Karen Baker Padgett (David); his sisters, Iva Kanipe and Doris Smith; his grandchildren, Chris Baker (Ashley) and Marc Bradley (Kim); and his great grandchildren, Leah and Nina.
