She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walton Mercer and Alice Moseley Mercer; her husband Glen Pressley; her daughter Starr Pressley; and her siblings, Mable Pittman, Rev. Foy Mercer, Ernest Mercer, Lorene Stamey and Dottie Benoy.

She is survived by: her daughter Iris Pack (Tim) of Gastonia, NC; her brother Bill Mercer; her grandsons, Timmy Pack (Amber) of Clover, SC and Hunter Pack (Carrie) of Lincolnton, NC; and her great grandchildren, Asher Pack and Brooks Pack. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
