She was predeceased by: her father Jack Dempsy Phillips; and her husband Reverend Clarence E. Green. She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Shingler and Betty Summitt (Randy); her brothers, Charles Phillips and Denford Phillips (Ginger); and her grandchildren, Philip Best, Marinda Elkins, Brent Summitt and Misty Taylor. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
