She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Key and Kathleen Welch Eastep; her husband Bill; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Wilkes and Jerry Helms.
She is survived by: her children, William Preston Guy, III (Kelly) of Belmont and Jennifer Guy Ramsey (Jeff) of Cramerton; her grandchildren, Tyler Ramsey of Fuquay-Varina, Pres Guy (Karis) of Gastonia, Andrew Ramsey of Arlington, Virginia of Belmont, Landon of Belmont, Strat of Belmont and Grayson Guy of Belmont; her sisters, Dena Wilkes of Lexington, NC and Judy Hyatt (C. A.) of Winston Salem; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Bright (Jim) of Gastonia and Carolyn Helms of Cramerton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
