He was predeceased by: his father Mulford Harry Meadows, Jr.; and his grandmother Elizabeth Greene. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Kay Greene Meadows; his wife Kathy Meadows; his daughters, Heather Meadows, Allyson Meadows and Avery Meadows; and his siblings, Michael Meadows, Matthew Meadows (Melanie), Melissa Pointer (James) and Elizabeth Wymer (Jay). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
