He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jackson; his daughter Jennifer Thompson; his stepson William "Matt" Barefield (Cha); his sister Diane Talley; and his grandchildren, Hudson Thompson, Logan Thompson and Caya Barefield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
