It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Queen Meeks of Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Coleman Queen and Renie Towery Queen; her husband Rev. William "Harold" Meeks; her son-in-law Ken Sparks; and her brothers, Bob Queen, Gerald Queen, Kenneth Queen, James Queen and Lloyd Queen.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Meeks (Michelle) and Beverly Sparks; her grandson Joshua Sparks (BethAnn); her great grandchildren, Jacks and Beau Sparks; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Queen and Marie Queen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
