He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd and Mary Ruth Cabe Baity; his daughter Heather Baity Roper; and his brother Bob Baity. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Baity of Gastonia, NC; his daughters, Ginger Baity Ervin and Kings Mtn; his grandchildren, Dylan, Landon, Aydin, Owen, Jackson, Ellie, Aspen, Collin and Palmer; and his siblings, Ken Baity (Kings Mtn) and Kay Baity Hawkins (Kings Mtn).
