She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Chastaine and Ethel Mullins Chastaine; her husband Martin Luther Harkey (L.); the father of her children Freddie Lee Melton; her daughters, Wanda Davidson and Cathy Faulk; her granddaughter Leslie Melton; her son-in-law Harley Graves; and her siblings, Betty Chastaine, Earl, Johnny, Fred and Charlie Chastaine.

She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Graves and Eddie Melton (Samantha); her sister Blanche Sellers (Jerry); her grandchildren, Scott Graves (Karen), Kimberly Graves, Lisa Farris, Julie Davidson, Melissa Melton, Eddie Melton, Jr. (Regina), Casey Ellison (Emily), Chris Ellison (Bridgett), Brandon Kirby and Amanda Long; and her sons-in-law, Johnny Davidson and CJ Faulk. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
