She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin William Sisk; her daughter Beverly Mitchell; her son-in-law Jeff Mitchell; and her siblings, Leonard Waldrop, John Waldrop, Mattie W. Taylor, Eunice W. Jacobs, Ruth W. Griffie, Gertrude W. Strickland and Clara W. Sisk.
She is survived by: her daughter Cara Sisk Moore of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Blair Goodwin (Teresa), Gregory Carl Moore (Melissa), Shelley Shuford and Jeffrey Matthew Mitchell, Jr (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Josh Goodwin, Justin Goodwin, Trey Moore III, Scott Moore, Kendall Moore, Gage Brown, McKenzie McBryant, Hannah Mitchell, Natalee Mitchell, Andrew Norris and Madison Norris.
