He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Parkie and Leroy Barr, Sr.; his children, Elizabeth Scott, Meredith Barr and Joshua Barr; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Nation and Miles Marshall; his brother Pat Minerva; and his aunt Amelia Edwards. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
