She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hall and Flossie Cody Haynes; her husband James; her brother Robert Franklin Haynes; her grandparents, Frank Haywood, Eula Lippard Cody, Robert Alexander and O'Nancy Paysour Haynes; and her stepgrandmother Ethel Primm Haynes.

She is survived by: her niece Robin Haynes Hays; her nephew Robert Franklin Haynes, Jr.; and her close friend Ruby Carol Clark (Richard).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Humane Society.
