She was predeceased by: her husband William "Fred" Hardin; her siblings, Joel Lewis Powell Jr., Jason Eugene Powell and Angie Powell Bowman; her nephew Jonathan David Robertson; her niece Rhonda Powell Moser; and her brother-in-law John Spewachek.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas James Powell, Michael Lee Powell (Beverly), William David Powell and Mary Ellen Powell Spewachek; and her nieces, Rebekah Ann Powell Loftis (Mike), Iva Regina Powell Robertson, Tamela Beth Powell Carpenter (Rick) and Lorna Outlaw Bateman (Doug). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
