She is survived by: her husband Jack Cook; her daughters, Lisa Buchanan (Steve) and Tracy Peeler (Mark); her sister Betty Burleson (Frank); and her grandchildren, Ashley Westmoreland (Matt), Austin Buchanan (Michelle), Macy Peeler and Zach Peeler.
