She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Pinkney and Bessie Lee Houser Wellmon; her husband Charles Sink Jarvis, Jr.; her son Danny Charles Jarvis; her daughter-in-law Linda Paschall Jarvis; her brothers, Carmel M. Wellmon, Perry C. Wellmon and Wilburn "Bill" Wellmon; and her sister-in-law Marie Wellmon.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Jarvis Moss of Gastonia, NC; her grandchildren, Natalie Marie Moss of Charleston, SC and Jarvis Aaron Moss of Charlotte, NC; her sister-in-law Ruth Wellmon of Newland, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Gloria Thomas (Steve) of Conover, NC, Betty Barnett of Newland, NC, Jerry Wellmon (Michele) of Issaquah, Glenn Wellmon (Julie) of Dallas and Wyatt Wellmon of San Jose, California..
