She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Smith and Donie Smith; her husband Charles W. Hamrick; her siblings, Walter Smith, James Smith, Harold Smith, Kenneth Smith and Frances Smith; and her son-in-law Dave Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Hamrick (Luann) and Nova Lewis; her siblings, Charles Smith (Peggy) and Judy Gordon (Winford); her grandchildren, Brandon Hamrick, Josh Lowe (Whitney), Ann Kegeler, Jill Lewis (David Funaro), Timi Cooper (Adam), Tristen Long (Kenny), Neal Shotwell (Jim) and Rhys Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Austin Hamrick (Montana), Hunter Hamrick (Courtney), Dalton Hamrick, Caroline Lowe, Claire Lowe, Hailey Lowe, Aubrey Long, Noah Long, Lyvia Cooper, Evyn Cooper, Hannah Shotwell and Zachary Shotwell.
