She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Carter and Hopie Carter; her brother Jimmy Carter; and her grandson Brian Keaton. She is survived by: her husband Virgil S. Dickson Jr.; her daughters, Drema Tomczyk (Erland) of Whitsett, NC, Ann Dickson of Cramerton, NC and Debbie Keaton (Butch) of Daniels, WV.; her grandchildren, Christine Woods of Cramerton, NC, Chad Keaton (Jessica) of Winston-Salem, NC, Jami Hurt (Brian) of Charlotte, NC. and Fred Woods; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Haley Phillips, Zachery Woods, Alyssa Woods, Carter Hurt, Griffin Hurt and Harper Phillips.
