He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Madison Riggan Sr.; his sister Ellen Grissom (Melvin); his niece Amy Grissom Branch; and his brother-in-law Harold Tippett. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Parham Riggan; his wife Sharon Riggan; his son Erskine Brooks (Brooke); his grandchildren, McKenna and Camden; his daughter Nicole Goins (Will); his grandchildren, Kylee and Kolton; his sisters, Elizabeth Tippett of Coral Springs, FL and Priscilla Riggan Adcock (Jimmy) of Oxford, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Ellen Stovall, Jason Grissom, Dana Grissom Cash, Debbie Cirone, Craig Tippett and Keith Tippett.
