She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Marshall Phillips and Dorothy Lee Glisson; her husband Johnny David Weaver; her daughter Patricia Ann Tull; and her brother Kenneth Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Flis (James); her grandchildren, Chasity Monk (David) and Michael Weaver (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Brianna Weaver and Dalton Caldwell; and her siblings, Billy Phillips, Johnny Phillips and Bobbie Railey.
