She was predeceased by: her parents, William Poole and Beulah Mae Brown Pettit; and her husband Jimmy Jefferies. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Wilson (Chip), Jeneen Hall and Jennifer Presnell Widener (Jon Alan Crawford); her siblings, David Pettit (Teresa), Connie Wyatt and Diane Howard (Bob); her grandchildren, Stephen Hall, Jennifer Nichole Hall and Jacy Lee Widener; and her great grandchildren, Ahlivia, Blake, Kendall, Easton, Kennedy, Stephen and Sadie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054.
