She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Hoffman and Margaret Hoffman; her brothers, Jerry and Joel; and her daughter Stacey.

She is survived by: her son Dwayne (Yuling); her granddaughters, Polly and Ciera; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Blakely; and her siblings, Mary Ellen, Betty, Sylvia and J. B..
