He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence M. Jenkins and Jeannette L. Jenkins of Gastonia. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Jenkins; his children, Patti Shankland (Frank), Troy M. Jenkins, Dianna Williamson (Larry) and Lawrence E. Jenkins (Marilynn); and his grandchildren, Fallon Mead (Art), Kevin Jenkins (Brittany), Kendra Bibb, Julianne Foyil (Zachary), Clayton Sandley, Jessica Jenkins and Matthew Jenkins.
