He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Stevens and Mamie Johnson Stevens. He is survived by: his siblings, Willa May, Mary, Rachel, Wilma, Grady, Max, John and James; his daughter-in-law Jessica Ray Stevens; his wife Nancy Harwell Stevens; his children, Tammy Beal (Tommy), Jonathan "Johnny" Hayes Stevens (Maggie) and Brian Heath Stevens; his grandchildren, Christina Marko, Matthew Marko, Sarah Harbin (Jeff), Joshua (Mya), Sammy, Danny, Jonathan Jr., Jacob and Raylyn Stevens; his great grandchildren, Alex Marko of Piper Harbin, J. J, Everly Stevens and Eliza Stevens; and his sisters, Juanita Peters, Elizabeth Richardson and Brenda Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
