He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth Greene Sr. and Johnnie McCarver Greene. He is survived by: his wife Pam Greene; his parents-in-law, Shirley, Harold Frye, Steve and Judy McIntyre; his sisters-in-law, Tracy Kirby (Richard), Christy Thompson (Erica) and Stacey Coleman (Wesley); his sister Tarra Wilkinson; and his children, Kenny, Jagger Lockhart and Elizabeth "Laney" Spry.
