He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Price and Effie Baker Price; and his wife Holland Price. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Price, Tabatha Sandidge (Mathew Lewis) and Amy McAbee (Eddie McAbee); and his grandchildren, Jesse, Andy, Taylor and Austin.
