We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2022, at the age of 70, Kay Cook Keller of Gastonia, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Cook and Ruby Winebarger Cook. She is survived by: her son Reverend Charles Keller (Pamela); her grandchildren, Carter Keller and Callie Keller of Dallas; her brother Tim Cook (Pam) of Vilas; her nephews, Matthew Cook of Vilas and Joshua Cook; and her friends, Carolyn Hodges and Karen Crane.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ALS Clinic Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist C/O ALS Center Department of Neurology Attn.
