With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Kopp of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on May 28, 2020 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia Kopp to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father William Loftin; her husband Norman L. Kopp; her siblings, Lucretia Crews, Louise Dyal and William Loftin; and her grandson William Geiger.

She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Sauls Loftin of Jacksonville; her sisters, Joanne Glover (Billyjo), Brenda Loper, Linda Roberts and Hariette Koval; her children, Julia Cook (Ken) of Gastonia, NC, Debbie Geiger (Billy) of Florida, Terry Arthur of Florida, Sandy Arthur of Florida and Christina Burnett (Tony) of Florida; her grandchildren, Joseph Smith (Alecia), Stephanie Holloman (Matthew), Nichole Miller (Scott), Ariana Cook, Alayna Cook, Amber Lang (Gavin), Daionna Burnett, Dailysia Clemons, Xavion Salley, Aurelia Arthur and Dillon Arthur; her great grandchildren, Mckayla Smith, Owen Smith, Hope Holloman, Sophia and Andrew; and her children, Monica, Joellen, Mike, Norm Jr. and Proverbs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

We also would like to express our concern for everyone's health during Covid-19 and so a Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
