She is survived by: her son James "Jamie" Roosevelt Gibson; her siblings, Lorena Messer, Katie Phillips, Teddy Mathis and Jessie Mathis; her sons, Buddy Gibson (Dusty) of Gastonia and Scott Gibson (Kristie) of Laurel Bloomery; her husband James Gibson; her grandchildren, Britney Gibson (Brandon), Eric Gibson, Leighann Gibson (Haley), Scottie Gibson, Connor Gibson, Erica Wade (Matt), T. J. Wade, Jessica Gibson (Dustin), Christa Wade, Cheyenne Roseberry (Daniel) and Brooke Brown; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Tester, Aubri Baker, Ethen Tester, Lesa Coffey, Chris Jacobs, Jeremiah Jacobs, Cinthea Horne, Sterling Bowen, Mason Wade, Carleigh Bowen, Leland Roseberry, Freya Roseberry, Raegan Wade, Magnolia Roseberry and Landon Hussey.
