She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Falls and Rosa Glover Falls; and her husband Harry Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Roy L. Bumgarner, Jr (Darcie Bumgarner) and Dale Robert Lewis (Tammy Lewis). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The Lewis family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Juanita be sent to Walnut Grove Baptist Church, 3255 Dallas-Cherryville Highway, Dallas, NC 28034.
