She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Parker and Rebecca E Stroupe; her children, William Eddie Black and Terri Smith; her siblings, Howard Parker, James "Skip" Parker, Arthur Parker and Ruth Parker; and her granddaughter Amber Rebecca Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, June Fraley (Danny), Sue Gilbert (Jeff) and Deborah Hoffman (Mark); her daughter-in-law Freida Black; her grandchildren, Scott Hoffman, Christy Kiser (Shawn), Greg Hoffman (Liberty), Lindsay Black, Justin Fraley (Annette), Josh Gilbert (Morgan), Billy Smith, Justin Goble, Kirstin Griffin (Scotty), Kalin Wilson (Dillon) and Jordan Huskins (Cole); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah, Carl, Skylar, Morgan, Baylee, Noah, Alyssa, Marlene, Melodie, Lane, Jackson, Tatum, Rynlee, Katie and Jacob; and her friend James Cotter.
