She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hill Foster III and Nellie Johnson Foster; and her son Larry Rhyne. She is survived by: her son Steven Rhyne (Dular); and her sisters, Patricia Harmon and Sherry Starnes. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carothers Funeral Home of Dallas (212 W Trade St, Dallas, NC 28034). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
