He is survived by: his wife Carmen "Pat" Brister; his children, Carmen Dena Finken of Spartanburg, SC, James Fountain Brister of Buffalo, NY and Deborah Lee Goodman (Eric) of Gastonia, NC; his grandchildren, Brandon Goodman, Christopher Goodman, James Brister, Aaron Brister, Robert Brister and Lillian Brister; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Goodman, Shae Goodman and Aria Goodman.
