He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cooke and Fannie Walker Cooke; and his son Vincent Davis. He is survived by: his son Clifford Cook of Stonecrest, GA; his sister Dorothy Jenkins of Washington, DC; his sisters-in-law, Blanche Cook of Gastonia, NC, Earnestine Cooke of Gastonia, NC and Bennie Cooke of San Francisco, CA; his niece Andrea Witherspoon of Gastonia, NC; his nephew Willis Jenkins of Mitchellville, MD; and also Charles Jenkins. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
