He was predeceased by: his father Norman Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Beriko Hodge Fowler; his children, Johnny Kelly and Jamie Kelly Carver (Trevor) of Gastonia, NC; his sister Jessica Pheagin; his grandmother Mitsue K. Hodge; and his grandson Jackson Carver.
