He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charlie Mattox. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Shane Clemmer and Lisa Mattox Clemmer; his brother Michael Clemmer (Sara); his grandparents, Roy, Pam Clemmer and Brenda Mattox; and his aunts and uncles, Bryan Clemmer (April), Adrian Clemmer (Amber), Jeff Mattox (Rachel), Michelle Randolph (Jimmy) and Susan Pastula (Shane). He is also survived by numerous cousins, and three nephews.
