With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John E. Fitzberger of Gastonia, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fitzberger and Ruth Wheatley Fitzberger; and his wife Lula May Fitzberger. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Fitzberger (Diane) of Catonsville, MD and David Fitzberger (Carolyn) of Gastonia, NC; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Grant, Casey and Johnathan Fitzberger.
