He is survived by: his wife Unity Wilson Horton; his son Christy Lee Horton; his daughter-in-law Donna of Lowell; his daughter Tina Horton Wess of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Anthony Scott Horton (Andrea), Shannon Smith (Travis), Alyssa Johnson (Devin) and Aaron Wess (Lexie); his great grandchildren, Zachary Horton, Ayden Horton, Lacey Pinaula, Austin Smith, Noah, Nathan and Lucas Johnson; and his sisters, Mary Grace Bell and Nancy Bell.
