It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Rufus Webb III (Gastonia, North Carolina), who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Dusty Bell; his sister Kimberly Steele; and his grandparents, Ernest and Virgie Steele. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Bell; his wife Traci Harvell Webb; his daughter Taylor Webb Ward (Brandon); his sister Cher Auton (Tim); his grandchildren, Ben Ward, Jake Ward and Ellie Ward; his aunt Janet Miller; his parents-in-law, Steve and Debbie Harvell; his sister-in-law Kerri "Sissi" Faile (Joe "Joe Joe"); his nieces and nephews, Micah, Piper, Roxi, Caleb, Ava and Kennedy; and his great-niece Thomas.
