He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Sisk and Carolyn Sisk; and his siblings, Johnny Sisk and Julie Russell. He is survived by: his fiancée Judy Page; his sister Jena Christenbury (Tommy); and his close friends, Larry Bryson, Noel Heffner and Keith Farmer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
