She is survived by: her mother Betty Clemmer of Dallas, NC.; her husband Bryan Petzold of Dallas; her children, Noelle Agnew of Wilmington, Jason Spurrier of Kings Mountain and Ethan Petzold of Denver; her brother Jody Clemmer (Marissa Clemmer) of Gastonia; and her grandchildren, Jake, Declan Spurrier and Ryatt Agnew.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Alzheimer's Association.
