He is survived by: his wife Janice Lowe Hooker; his daughters, Tracy Hooker Duncan (Chris) of Gastonia and Kelly Hooker of Gastonia; his nephew Jason Wilson of Charlotte; his sister Betty Hooker Bradley of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Lincoln John Duncan of Gastonia, Evelynne Duncan of Dallas and Jeffrey Duncan (Bonnie) of Fort Drum, NY; and his caregiver Donna Matherly. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
