He was predeceased by: his father Randall Cummings; his uncle James Richard Cummings; and his grandparents, Frances Shafer, Elvin Shafer, James Cummings and Merle Cummings.
He is survived by: his mother Mitzie Cummings; his children, Laura Cummings, Nathaniel and James Cummings; his wife Tanya Cummings; his sister Jennifer Cummings (Danny Phillips); and his nieces and nephews, Chance Cummings, Lilly Phillips and Thomas Phillips.
