It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanette Dixon Grant of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James G. Dixon; her husband J. L. Grant; and her grandson Brandon Grant. She is survived by: her children, Gary Grant (Kay), Ron Grant (Betty) and Janis Kimble (Nicky); and her grandchildren, Michelle Scott (David), Dane Grant, Leslie Larkins (Jimmy), Amanda Scott (Greg) and Jennifer Dumancas (Tiana). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054.
