It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Brady of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Wise, Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Castle and Fannie Castle; and her sister Martha Fleenor of Virginia. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Brady and Lorrie Brady; her brother Donald Fugate; her grandchildren, Jesse Ramsey (Brendon Irby), Nicholas Messick and Shawn Messick; and her great grandchildren, Aria Hopper, Jackson Hopper, Edwin Hopper and Alex Willis.
