He is survived by: his sisters, Nalene Hall and Rachel Hamilton (Luke); his stepchildren, Heather Jolly, Brandon and Ashley Jolly; his stepgrandchildren, CaraMia Boykin, Harper, Saylor Jolly and Mattilynn Sams; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Christine Queen, Lanny, Pam Queen, Sondra, Shane Caughey, Jamie, Kim Queen, Wendy, Mackenzie Hamilton, Stephanie Hamilton Gee and Kevin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Queen, Tyler Queen, Libby Queen, Alexandria Caughey, Dakota Caughey, Scott Queen, Jamie Lee Queen, Ethan Costner, Devan Costner, Finnley Hamilton and Hayleigh Laws (Ethan); his close friends, Palmer and Becky Warren; and his pet Callie.
