He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Jenkins, Sr. and Virginia Rhyne Jenkins; and his siblings, Bobby Jenkins and Phyllis Jenkins Adams. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Davis Jenkins; his nephews, Lane Adams and Franklin Adams; and his pet Lexi.
